A DESPERATE CRY... GOOD HEALTH
My journey with coffee started at the age of 19. First, with once a week cups to help me stay awake, while studying, then eventually developing into a full blown one cup a day habit, sometimes two or more. Guess, what? It didn’t even stop when I was pregnant with my last three children... right. All I needed was the “okay” for a “one a day” cup from the doc and it was over. (I know that’s horrible)
Whenever I went out of town my coffee pot, and eventually Keurig, went with me. If I didn’t have either, oh you better believe I was stopping at somebody’s restaurant to get my morning cup.
I had numerous people, friends and family to tell me of the dangers and the problems I will eventually get from continued use. I ignored them and focused on what others said was “positive” benefits. Haha
