Hi, I'm Ariana and I'm 14 years old. At 13,  I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. Here's my story. I hope it will encourage other children (and adults) to listen to their bodies, trust God, and remember that we can deal with whatever life throws at us, be it disease or anything else.
